Meet the artist: Rose/Rexi
Hello my name is Rose, a artist for the Mortisian Syndicate, I make art for the Mortisian Syndicate to expand my knowledge and skills as an artist as well as to create art that my friends and "family" can wear or use.
Meet the artist: Danger
Hey there, I’m Danger. I’m a video editor, artist(ish) and aspiring animator. I got into art mainly because I always found myself to be creative, as I came up with stories as a kid instead of making friends. That love of creativity carried over to art, as it’s a great way to get your ideas out of your head and onto a canvas. I help make Merch for the Syndicate both due to my passion for this community as well as my artistic drive. I find it fun drawing stuff of people’s characters, comedic situations, shitposting, the whole 9 yards.
Meet the artist: Pawppy
I've been drawing (with a bit of seriousness) ever since I was 10 years old. I always liked drawing, originally it was just drawing teddy bears and whatnot for fun, little stick figures doing wacky shenanigans, and making fun of friends. Then the anime phase kicked in. It only got worse from there, especially when I got my first art tablet (the one I still use) back in 2016. I am in no mind a professional, probably never going to have that type of air about me. I figured I'd offer up my art "skill" to make some funny stickers and whatnot. The point of me making art is all for fun. If you're not having fun doing something you're good at and enjoy, what's the point y'know?
Meet the artist: Luna
As a kid I've always liked thinking of new things and putting what I was thinking on paper. I would draw whenever i could and i loved doing so. Mind you, the drawings I made as a kid weren't the best or the most pretty, but they were mine. And because people told me that what I made looked nice, i continued drawing and got better over time. I even decided to go to a school for art, so that i could become a graphics designer. I got the diploma and i'm currently trying to get my bachelor's degree so that life would be easier for me.
I knew someone that did RP in the Syndicate before I knew the Syndicate itself. When he introduced me to it I thought it looked nice and fun to be in, but didn't do much with it. Until I saw Grand's 1000 Questions Q&A twitch stream. I was watching the stream and just knew that he's a kind person and just wanted to help out. I joined the Syndicate on the 8th of June and on the 16th of June I was allowed to be in the merchandise team. I'm happy to be able to make merchandise for the Syndicate. People seem to like it, it helps out the group as a whole and they don't expect me to do anything, yet are grateful when I do decide to make something. This makes me happy. I know it sounds sappy, but if I could make this my full time job, then I definitely would.
Meet the artist: LockTheViking
I’ve always loved to draw and make new creations for as long as I can remember, whether it was on a piece of paper or getting my hands dirty from molding something out of clay. When I’m creating something new it feels as though I’m putting a piece of myself into it, giving it a bit of life or I guess whatever emotion I have into it (I swear it’s not voodoo).
But when all the work is done and people see and actually like what I had made, It makes me appreciate the work I do even more and makes me want to get better at drawing and creating.
Now as for why I decided I wanted to have my art on the store, well back when I first made the Grand Pog drawing way far back, it was joked around how we could make it into nfts. Obviously we didn’t do that because nfts are cringe, but it did help to realize that people liked my art enough that they would want to get it on something like a shirt. So sometime after that I spoke to Grand and panda to help in making Merch for the shop of mortem.
